Currently the RegViewer is not using correct treecell header styles, branches
are not indented, and the default cropping makes keys hard to read. Attaching a
patch to solve these issues and modernise the XUL a little...

updated regviewer.xul and regviewer.js.
added formatting to the non-tree pane.

to test, apply the patches, copy the 2 files to
bin\chrome\comm\content\communicator\regviewer, and then load
chrome://communicator/content/regviewer/regviewer.xul
