On my N900 I ctrl-click on a lot of links opening new tabs.
But going to the next tab is:
- swiping from content to tabs area
- locate current tab
- close it
- swipe back

Reproducible: Always




tapping the top right close button should close only the current tab, not Fennec itself. Touching the button longer should close Fennec.
Firefox 7 for Mobile will last release for Maemo N900.
