Private Browsing: "Never Remember History" does not accept/stay after I click 'ok'...instead, it always defaults to "Use Custom..."
I know that there is a problem, because I have used this option for a long time. Since a couple of recent version updates...it has not work properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I go to 'tools'>Options>Private: "Use Custom..." defaults
2.I change it AGAIN to "Never Remember History".I click 'ok'
3.I go back to check and it did not work...it is back to "Use custom..."
Actual Results:  
I go back to check and it is back to "Use Custom..."

Expected Results:  
I should have seen "Never Remember History"

Can you list all of the options in the custom panel, stating which ones are checked and which ones aren't?  It would be best if you can take a screenshot and attach it to the bug.

Can NOT reproduce on: Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13

Not reproducible on the 02/20 Nightly. Please reopen this issue if you can reproduce it on Firefox 20 or later.
