This is triggered by bug #546606, comment #51 . Not sure about which component it belongs to...

It seems like nsHTMLMediaElement::MediaLoadListener::OnChannelRedirect() ignores error-values coming from the call to mElement->OnChannelRedirect(). This should probably either be dealt with or explicitly stated that it doesn't matter.
