58100 - Modern skin - Changing text size in preferences increases the size of headers in preferences

In the modern skin:

If you go into the Font Preferences and make the text size 72. Then close and 
reopen preferences, the header in preferences is really large.

The modern theme is using the text size specified in preferences for the pref 
header. It should be setting its own value.
