Details

When doing a "send again" on a message containing only ASCII text, the formatting toolbar and Format entry in the menu bar are both suppressed in the Compose Message window. Because of this, there is no way to add styles to the message while editing it.

The app should not be parsing the message body so it can dynamically alter the controls in the compose window. No matter what the contents of a message might be, the same "fully featured" compose message window should open from "send again" as opens from "new message".
Penelope didn't see any activity in the vcs for the last 8 years, closing.
