In previous builds of Firefox, the address bar and search bar would store their position and size so that the next time Firefox opens they would reinitialize in the same layout.  Upgrade to 3.6.x broke this feature, so that the address and search bar now revert to default size and position each time Firefox starts up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run Firefox
2.Resize the address bar or search bar
3.Close Firefox
4.Run Firefox (again)
5.Address bar and search bar have reverted to default size and position


Expected Results:  
Address bar and search bar should retain their size and position across instantiations of Firefox
