Build:1027 br on windows

Steps:
1 Install and launch seamonkey
2 Click on 'Tabs|Customize Sidebar'
3 Add "Print Plus by HP' and "Local Entertainment(Favourites..) tabs
4 Now, click on the url given above
5 On the right side, under 'Featured Tabs', select Local Entertainment and add 
  it.
6 Observe tha the tab gets added even when it is already present.
7 Same is with "Print Plus' tab

Expeced: A tab once added should be detected when trying to add twice.

still happening..(0116) trunk
I can add the CALENDER tab twice. Once from Tabs->Customize Sidebar->Favourites 
and also from this url : http://search.netscape.com/mysidebar.tmpl

this is happening because the url and name is different.
If they are the same as the one we ship it will not add another
tab.  This works as implemented.
