58294 - "No Plugin Downloader Plugin" dialog cuts off on Mac

This is a weird one because 1/2 the pages I've tried it with the dialog box is
the right size, but for some of the pages (www.icebox.com) the dialog box pops
up and seems to be sized too small.  So that the "OK" button is partially
cut-off on the right and bottom of the window.

Going to the page a second time, the dialog box appeared at the right size.  I
haven't been able to determine why some times it's "full sized" and other times
its not.

I'll include a screenshot of the cut-off version.  This is using the Modern 2.0
skin btw.

I have also seen this in the cookie confirmation dialog in the Classic skin. 
Confirming.

Not a design problem ... Could be a Layout problem, but I'm guessing --> XUL.

I've only seen items cut off in the middle like that with loadgroup timing 
problems (networking stuff). We have a few of those running loose right now. 
Hopefully this will shake out with them. Marking future.

I think the same is true for some other platforms. It should just be larger.
