Details

Once we have real modules in SpiderMonkey, we can replace the module pattern (see bug 583913) in the implementation of Narcissus with real modules.

(In particular, this should let us eliminate the use of eval("const ...") in every module, and just define the consts in jsdefs, without hurting performance of the big switch.)
