I've just updated TB 3.1.1 to 3.1.2.
When TB restarted, I could no longer see any of my folders.

The "Errors" tab in the Error Console contains the following messages (cf attached normal_mode.txt)

When I launch TB in safe mode, the "Errors" tab in the Error Console contains the following messages (cf attached safe_mode.txt)

config.txt contains the list of installed extensions, themes & plugins.

Reproducible: Always

Pierre something seems wrong with your install, could you download the complete 3.1.2 and install it to see if that fixes your issue ?

I downloaded and reinstalled TB 3.1.2 using the full installer.
I can now see my folders and I haven't lost any mail.
