Right clicking on Weave icon in task bar should bring context menu similar to Tools -> Sync

If you right click on the Sync icon it should bring a context menu that allows you to Connect, Disconnect, Sync, view Preferences, view Logs, etc.  Left clicking forces a sync.

Reproducible: Always
There is no Sync menu any more.  The toolbar item matches the menuitem in functionality.
