58649 - cannot use BACK button on quick and reilly online brokerage page

using debug branch build, 10/31/00, WinNT
go to http://www.quickandreilly.com/    you will need an account, or maybe
ekrock can work with them to get a test account
this will bring you to https://www.quickandreilly.com/cgi-bin/login
go to any other page (type in www.yahoo.com in the url bar, for example)
click BACK
you are asked if you want to repost data for a form or not.  No user will
understand this.  To their knowledge, they haven't filled out any forms.  Well,
there was the login screen 2 pages back, but does that make any sense?
if you answer "no", nothing happens.
if you answer "yes", you briefly return to the previous page, but that is
quickly replaced with an error page saying "There has been a security violation.
 Please contact your online broker and report this violation."
