Delete "View topic - " and "View forum - ", which add almost nothing and certainly shouldn't come first.

It turns out those bits of text are hardcoded into phpBB, not part of the theme. I've added the modified files (viewforum.php and viewtopic.php) in r76093, but since these are core phpBB files they may be overwritten in future updates. In that case the worst that would happen is the "View" prefixes would return and we'd have to edit them again.
