well some pages don't display so well . In twitter , I can't tweet & there is no background . In Facebook , I can't press anything & can't put my status .

Just to confirm, my facebook homepage is also garbled in SeaMonkey 2.1a3, looks like a simplified html page. (The account settings page looks fine)
Update: For other incompatibility reasons I reverted to Seamonkey 2.0 but the Facebook website stil looks completely broken in my browser.
Sorry both posts were wrong, it was because Ad-Block blocked some needed items.
You should also check your ad-block settings.
