Details

In order to test the kinds of graphics acceleration currently toggled by the MOZ_ACCELERATED env variable in GrafxBot, we need a user pref that allows the same, which could be set/unset as needed while GrafxBot is running reftests.
It's not really possible to dynamically set/unset this at runtime, a restart would have to be required in between.  At that point, can the environment variable be just set?
Not needed by grafxbot any longer.
