If you try to resize a tab set whith tabs in it, the tabs do not get big enough, and often stay an inch apart.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put any amount of tabs in a group, and try to resize it.
Actual Results:  
The tab often stayed far apart, and did not get big enough.

Expected Results:  
The tabs should have gotten bigger to accommodate the tabs, and the tabs should have stayed together.

Quinn, can you add a screenshot so you can explain what you're requesting? It's unclear (to me) from your description.

This is actually fixed now, it was just in that Nightly.
