What do you think about having a file server, writable by moco employees, with public read-only access?

We need this because we need a place for people to upload heavy files, such as PSDs, to be linked in bugs.  So far, people are using services like YouSentIt, but those links expire quickly, leaving dead links in bugs.

Is it possible to mount your people.mozilla.com account as a file server (e.g. https://intranet.mozilla.org/File_Server)?  That would work.


(BTW, what is bugzilla's attachment upload limit?  maybe an even simpler solution would be raising that?)
You can "mount" people using something like http://www.expandrive.com/mac and then push files to your html_public directory.
