Details

We need a 'RuleView' to contain the view functionality from the rule template. The implementation of this has been started, but it is currently incomplete.

This work needs finishing.

I have an incomplete patch for this, it depends on a number of other patches, amongst which there is a lot of churn, so I'm waiting for the churn to die down before finishing it off.
