When dragging a tab to the left of the leftmost Application Tab, the tab drop indicator is difficult to see as it is reduced in width. The application tabs should animate shifting to the right to indicate that there is space at that designated area to place a new tab at the leftmost position.

The cut-off issue on OS X is handled on bug 591050.
