after installing Win7 some bookmarks of ff portable are missing + import .html does not work

I am running FF portable at D/Programms/
Today i changed my OS from Win XP to WIn 7. - Path: C/Windows

When i start my firefox now the bookmarks of 4 folders are correct, but within the 5.th folder half of the bookmarks are missing.
I tried to import my Bookmarks from a previous saved .html file but after nothing changed i recognized (after some tests) that firefox doesn't import bookmarks at all.

I imported Bookmarks at winXp so i know how it works - currently ff does not import any bookmarks i am sure about that.

i have no bookmark addons running - just some stuff like mous wheel smooth, add blocker, some things like that.

you probably have a broken profile, you should try making a new one. You can eventually contact support at http://support.mozilla.com/
