We have the strangest crash when running the WebGL test suite on Windows, occurring in getParameter(). The crash is very hard to reproduce, and Valgrind memcheck on linux doesn't see any error; until we can fix it, the easiest way forward is to disable the part of the test suite that calls getParameter() with random args. This patch does that.
