'Voting' section remains in docs.
Now, vote feature had removed from main code to be an extension.
We should note this section as an extension, or purge it from docs.

I don't think we should remove the documentation about votes, but rather mentions how to enable this extension. As long as we release Bugzilla with this extension included, we should keep the documentation.

Ok. I can agree with this.
So, at lest, we should/might modify
* Add 'Voting' as an extension (before 1st paragraph?)
* In 2nd paragraph, enablequips is not used. 'extensions/Voting/disabled' instead.
* First of 4th paragraph, "tip" should be "quip" in "Next to each tip there is a checkbox".

Use quip, not tip. v2

This change is fine, but it would be better to merge this patch with the one from bug 319684, and have a single patch to commit. Could you update the patch from bug 319684 to include this fix, please?

This bug is wontfix based on its initial description. The patch proposed by Matt will be merged with another one about quips.
