I assume you mean universalsubtitles.org rather than universal-subtitles.org.

Directions for IT:
* Create /data/static/www/planet.universalsubtitles.org/ (just mkdir)
* Add apache config for planet.universalsubtitles.org (should basically match what planet.drumbeat.org has)
* Create symlink under planet/trunk/themes/ for "moz_universalsubtitles" that points to planet/branches/universalsubtitles/theme (see existing symlinks and follow same pattern)
* Add "universalsubtitles" to planet.sh script (there's a list of planets in the script)

Directions for Nicholas Reville at PCF:
* Add CNAME for planet.universalsubtitles.org to www-mozilla-org.geo.mozilla.com
