593563 - bad hebrew at the Secured Connection Failed dialog

when a secured connection fails due to sec_error_unknown_issuer error, the user is presented a dialog, with a number of common errors in Hebrew:
1. מאחר ונעשה שימוש באישור אבטחה חסר תוקף should be מאחר *ש*נעשה שימוש.... this error repeats at the next line, האישור איננו מהיימן מאחר והגורם המנפיק אינו ידוע.
2. ייתכן וקיימת בעיה בהגדרות השרת... should be ייתכן *ש* קיימת בעיה בהגדרות השרת...
3. a common error is to use במידה ש.. (here erroneously written as במידה ו...) in the meaning of "if" (אם). this is incorrect. במידה ש is meant to compare to sizes, e.g. במידה שהיבול יגדל יגדלו ההכנסות, i.e. the income will increase at the same size as the crops increases, and not if the crops increase. so the string במידה והצלחת להתחבר לשרת זה בעבר... should be changed to אם הצלחת להתחבר לשרת זה בעבר, ייתכן *ש*מדובר בשגיאה זמנית,[+פסיק] ותוכל לנסות להתחבר שוב במועד מאוחר יותר.
