User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8 It affects current production Gecko line but development trunk is behaving the same. I suspect there is some error for rounding of some transformation, in this case text scaled to "0 0.01". Having antialiasing on or off does not affect this issue, the same, changing font familys/types nor sizes affects this. It is there still, reproducible always. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open test file (url or attachment) Actual Results: You see some badly rendered lines only... Expected Results: You should see text: SOMETEXT

FWIW, your Testcase does not expose expected Behavior on Opera 10.7 (blank Page) and Google Chrome 7 (single Line) either.

Windows7 and Gecko's trunk builds in both accelerated and non-accelerated modes behaves correctly to me as well...
