We'll add a link to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/4.0/features for about:home in bug 593366. For the time being that should probably redirect to the beta features pages, with proper locale detection.

Closing old Mozilla.org website bugs due to them not being relevant to the new Python-based Bedrock system. Re-open if this is a critical bug and should be resolved on the new system too.
