This is most often a problem with password reset emails. When you receive an email with a password in it, you can't use copy and paste with the password because copying picks up formatting/control characters that are genuine content text.

In the following exert, displayed here as source text rather than message display format, the password supplied should be (and appears to be) "tmPass", but selecting via click-drag or double-click and using Cut/Copy puts 2 extra characters into the clipboard, so the password is rejected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive an appropriately formatted password reset email.
2. Double click new password and copy onto clipboard.
3. Paste onto text editor and confirm 
Actual Results:  
Inappropriate characters where copied.

Expected Results:  
Only the characters visible should be copied.

We would need the headers too , this looks like some improperly quoted printable.
