Details

This happened consistently when resetting preferences using the keyboard to display the context menu and the arrow keys to select reset. The second preference I tried to reset was immediately after the first one and I used the arrow key to select it.

The following was printed to the error console.

Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED) [nsIPrefBranch.clearUserPref]" nsresult: "0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://global/content/config.js :: ResetSelected :: line 507" data: no]
I have been able to select other preferences and reset them after this happens but the ones that fail continue to fail until I close about:config and reopen it.
Possibly caused by bug 619356?
Was a sort/filter in effect, like in bug 619356?
I don't recall at this time and am busy with other bugs atm. Was the same error as stated in comment #0 seen in bug 619356?
Have just checked and no error message is shown in the console for that one.

No rush, didn't mean to seem like I was hassling you, I only remembered this issue since bug 619356 had a bug duped against it which triggered bugmail.
