The backend for this is already in the notifications app. I think it is just a matter of making sure all emails include the link.

Changing this bug to refer to just the wiki app, since that + the infrastructure stuff ended up pretty heavy. See bug 642606 for support in other apps.

Verified able to unsubscribe to questions, kb articles and forum threads.
If a user is watching the entire forum, the email suggests the link will unsubscribe them to everything, but it only unsubscribes them to the particular thread.
Please make a note if this is expected.
