In using Fennec there are many times when the sidebar menus appear from swipes where the primary intent is not to expose them, but to move the page from one side to the other. I feel that if the interface were modified to only show the sidebar menus when a swipe was initiated from off the left or right of the screen to a certain distance across the screen, it would cut down on the false-positive exposures of the menus. Another option would be to make the sidebar snaps require a swipe with more inertial force than normal before the sidebar menus would appear.
