When going to https://ipay.adp.com, I expect to get a login prompt.  Instead, the browser errors out and says "File not found."

This does not occur when using the browser made by the redmond company and the browser made by the search engine company.

  Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
  Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

Expected Results:  
Login prompt should appear to allow user to login.

This blocks me from accessing my ADP account.

This bug was specific to 4.0b6.  The issue is no longer seen on 4.0b7.  It was never seen on 3.6.x.
