I use X1 Enterprise Search and find that if I have it set up to index my Eudora OSE email, I cannot use the search function within the Eudora client at all. If I put search terms in the toolbar panel and hit enter, the terms just disappear and nothing else occurs. This is the case no matter what drop-down setting I use. If I try to use the Edit > Find menu list choosing "Search messages," it brings up a search box but with no place or way to enter search terms. The other menu options work just fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose X1 Enterprise Search 6.7.1 options to index Thunderbird email
2.Restart computer & Eudora OSE search functions fail as detailed above.
3.If I stop X1 indexing Thunderbird emails & re-boot, Eudora search will work again.
Penelope didn't see any activity in the vcs for the last 8 years, closing.
