Steps to reproduce:

- open a new window
- pull resize handle towards close buttons

Expected result:
Stops before things begin to overlap

Actual result:
Stops in a small box (with much overlapping ui)

I think if if this is filed as a Firefox issue, it's a dupe of bug 548777 which needs bug 357725 (core).
