I'm trying to log in to: https://mail.mozilla.org/admin/amo-tracebacks

but it just sits at "waiting for mail.mozilla.org".  It was doing that yesterday too, but eventually worked.  Today, no luck.
Ah, it finally died with an ISE:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Looks like there was a lock file which prevented the ability to login to the admin interface, should work now.

Talked in IRC, killed the processes listed in the lock file, but they keep popping up, will debug further tomorrow.
Looks like it's cleared up (did another manual process kill/lock file nuke), reopen if it happens again.
