I don't want to use tabs AT ALL. I want EVERY window to be a separate one. I set up the Tabbed Browsing to open in new windows, but often new tabs are opened.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on a few links, open a few pages,
2.Unwanted tabs sometimes (not always) appear - should be new pages
3.
Actual Results:
Unwanted tabs open, new windows do not

Expected Results:
ALWAYS open new links, etc. in new windows. A tab should NEVER appear.
Have you disabled the options for "Open tabs instead of windows for"

* "Middle-click..."
* "Ctrl+Enter..."

in Preferences - Browser - Tabbed Browsing? Without that there shouldn't be any new tabs opened by simply clicking on links.

Of course you can still get new tabs by clicking on "open in new tab" in the context menu.

Can you try to give some exact steps to reproduce this issue, if you still see it with the changed prefs?
