As far as I know, SUMO is sending email via the local sendmail facility, but we should be using SocketLabs, according to essentially everyone.

Apparently these settings can be easily copied from Zamboni or Basket.
NB: I have no idea if we can even configure the TikiWiki part of the site to use SocketLabs, so let's just focus on the Python part.
What do you need from here?  Credentials?

I've added the creds to kitsune. I haven't restarted the services, but this will be picked up eventually.
