Jamil, I'm not really clear what you ask here. I guess it'd be more obvious if you attached an 

hg diff browser/chrome/browser-region

as patch instead of just region.properties, then we wouldn't have to dig that up ourselves.

Thanks for the patch, yes, this is fine.

There's been a different landing on region.properties in the meantime, but this bug is FIXED.
