When having a huge list of bookmarks nested in folders (list larger then screen height) it is impossible to use mouse-wheel scrolling when folder with bookmarks is open.

mouse scrolling works in this case:
- bookmark
- bookmark
- bookmark
- ...

mouse scrolling does not work in this case:
- bookmark
- bookmark
           - nested bookmark
           - nested bookmark
- bookmark
- ...


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create lots of bookmarks nested in folders (list has to be bigger then screen size so scroll bars on top and bottom appear)
2. move a mouse over a bookmark folder and wait till a list with bookmarks is opened
3. try scrolling bookmark list with mouse wheel (it won't work)

This is happening to you on Bookmarks Menu? I wasn't able to reproduce it.

yes, it happens with the bookmarks menu.

when you try to scroll bookmarks further down with your mouse, you can't do it as long as the folder with bookmarks is open.
