We talked about this on IRC but I said I'd file a bug for tracking.

I reorganized the file structure in http://github.com/clouserw/FlightDeck/commits/testo but couldn't complete the patch so several tests are still failing.  We agreed it's the direction we want to go though, and with the risk of additional conflicts from diverging branches this is a fairly high priority bug.

Assigning to Piotr, but I'm around to help in small chunks.
