604180 - Switch to tab does not use page title of about:addons

Steps to reproduce:

* Open a tab with about:addons (tab1)
* Open another tab with any other site (tab2)
* Go to tab2 and start typing "manager" into the location bar

Expected Behavior:
* tab1 is suggested as a possibility to switch to, because the page title of about:addons is "Add-ons Manager"

Actual Behavior:
* No tab is suggested

It works if I type addons, as it seems to recognize about:addons as target to switch to, but not the page title.

The internal database knows the uri, but the title is unknown because about: pages are not added to history.
