Currently the QA contact for the component "DOM: CSS Object Model" matches the QA contact for the other DOM components, general@dom.bugs.  However, the code in question is actually part of the style system.  So I would prefer if you change the QA contact for this component to match Style System.

I ran this by jst, sicking, and bzbarsky, and they're ok with it.

In summary, please change the QA contact for the component:
  DOM: CSS Object Model

  general@dom.bugs
to:
  style-system@core.bugs
