I have also tried the configuration putting the chrome.manifest file at the root level. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download "Hello World" XULRunner application at URL specified in this report 2. Unzip and launch WinXR20.exe on Windows XP Actual Results: The app crashes and displays the following error message: WinXR20.exe - Unable To Locate Component This application has failed to start because MOZCRT19.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Expected Results: Launch and display a window with the text "Hello World"
