for mochitest, we call automation.py:initializeProfile() and this sets the prefs.js to include privileges for remote systems.  We don't do this for reftest and while running the jsreftests on my n900, I saw a lot of errors about the script from http://<ip>:8888 doesn't have privileges.

We should consider doing this for reftest, especially with the remoting we are doing.
