I am using Thunderbird 3.1. I sent e-mail to a group and they all received this e-mail in what appeared to be Greek. Group members' return e-mails with query about the language did not preview on my computer in Greek.  
Any idea how I can fix this...or what the source of the problem is?

Reproducible: Sometimes

Actual Results:  
Everything appeared on my end as A-OK.


Sent e-mail in English. Recipients got the message in Greek.
I have no idea what is causing this, but if you could attach message or screenshot what receivers seeing, this may help to move further.
