User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; OfficeLiveConnector.1.3; OfficeLivePatch.0.0) Build Identifier: most recent update auto update reported new version did NOT ask to install it forced install asked to restart mozilla i chose restart later it forced restart mozilla then mid install it jumps upon restart mozilla blue screen of death minidump corrupted illegible nonesense restart mozilla d.o.s. box 1st time flicks onto screen nothing there then disappears 2 times same thing 3rd time blue screen of death minidump sent and now vaio laptop t5500 1.66GHz 2gig ram i was using refuses to load xp-64bit install bios password accepts then screen goes black 3 seconds later then bios password appears again upto date virus checkers avast and avg would have stopped viruses in download spybot would have stopped malware etc i really hope the system does not need to be reinstalled as this laptop has extremely expensive, sensitive, irreplacable, legal documentation on it i am contactable for more info if needed Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1.restart machine 2.enter bios password 3.wait til re-enter password appears Actual Results: see above Expected Results: blue screen of death installed correctly normally you get a choice to download now or later i would have chose later at that point it normally asks to restart if you choose later it does so but this seemed to force itself into my system restart later. forced a restart of software?
