Selecting the Menu option "Open New Window" opens a new window with all home page tabs (as at startup). "Open New Window" should just open a new window with one blank tab. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Pre-requisite - Set up home page or pages
2.Open Firefox 
3.Click "Open New Window"
Actual Results:  
Opens a new window with all home page tabs (as at startup).

Expected Results:  
Open a new window with one blank tab.

Also you could try Firefox Safe-mode:
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode  

If running in safe-mode fixes your problem then its an addon causing your trouble.
You should also remove the 'ant-toolbar' - its a known problem in Firefox.

I am not seeking support, I am reporting a bug.  Yours is not the sort of attitude I expected on this site.  Perhaps it's time you moved on and looked for a job with someone like Microsoft for example.

That's the expected behavior. You have set multiple pages as your home page inside the preferences dialog. Change that to a single page (i.e. restore to default) and only the one single tab will open. This is still invalid.
