Details

We need to split out of server-core the CEF and Config helpers in their own repo, since they are going to be used by all Services projects and not only Sync related stuff.
Will not be done, maybe later if we find out it's really needed.

The rationale was to split the Sync authentication code from the CEF and Config code since some services apps are not using the former. But this also increases the number of dependencies we have.

The code will be organized in different logic namespaces but kept under 'server-core'
