Same page appears fine when using IE.  Hopefully you will see the same problem when you open it.  I have also notified the creators of the web page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open web page
2.try to read it
3.open it in IE instead
Actual Results:  
Cannot read it in firefox

Expected Results:  
read the page in IE
