When a condition results in a resend request of one particular page, pages displayed in other tabs and windows are also resent.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.A page is displayed that includes a script
2.NoScript add-on prevents execution of the script
3.Click on NoScript, allow scripts
4.Page attempt to reload, displays message indicating information must be resent
5.All other pages, displayed in other tabs and windows, reload.
Actual Results:
See above

Expected Results:
Only the page involved should reload
Can you reproduce this in safe mode, of with NoScript uninstalled? If not then it is probably a NoScript bug.
This is definitely the default behavior of NoScript. If you allow to load scripts from a URL, all website already loaded which reference this URL will reload to pickup the change.

You can change it in NoScript Options - General. Remove the checkmark before "Automatically reload affected pages when permissions change".
